“Fuck! Fuck!!!” Kyhe shouted looking at Kuwain.

“Now, tell me why the hell did you do what you did?” Kuwain asked. Kyhe looked at him.

“You did this, you told me, to be exact you said, “You think she’s gone after the contract for her husband?” You did make me thought-”

“Hell, the fuck no! You took what that Emmari told you and then accused her of being untrue. Not me! You! I was asking you if that’s what you think? I was not saying that it is so. I can’t do what she has done for Sky. And when I said she left! I meant she left! As in she quit the job! She took her stuff and left! After all she was going through you didn’t stop to think about her for a second. You took in what that employee of yours that which I don’t why she’s still working here, said and the second she enters, you probably didn’t give her a chance to speak!” Kuwain yelled at him, showing where the blame came from. Telling him that he had asked it and not said it, he throws the company badge on his desk telling him Jhonia gone after taking her stuff! Kuwain explained how Emmari is good for nothing yet she’s still working there, as he took the chance to said reminding Kyhe he really didn’t give her a chance to speak! The tears in her eyes when she looked up at him. Kyhe rushed from his office and down to the employee elevator and it was coming up he stood properly thinking it was Jhonia coming back but he was disappointed it was Emmari.

“Where is Jhonia?” He inquired about Jhonia from Emmari.

“Her husband picked her. Is everything okay, Mr. Knight?” Emmari responded to him and asked.

“Kuwain!” Kyhe called!

“It’s only you, their sir.” Emmari said to him, and he turned around.

“Jhonia left and she is not coming back! It’s all my fault, how could I be so stupid to believe she would choose him over me. Ah… Fucking hell!” Kyhe let out looking at her desk putting his hands into his pocket. Everyone stood watching him looking at her desk! The air was empty, the office was completely silent.

“Ms. Jhonia am finish.”

A female worker said, and everyone eyes turned to her, coldness rushed down her spine she gulped hard on her saliva.

“What happen?” She asked looking at Jhonia desk!

“She left!” A male worker responds to her.

“But she’s coming back, right?” She asked lowering her face to her computer.

“Maybe not!” He replied, his voice weakened with sadness. Silence was all they could hear once more, not a single tip or crickets of the night. Meanwhile!

“Orean!” Jhonia called, Orean gave his attention immediately. Standing at her door with her.

“Don’t tell mom, also my room is a mess.” She said before opening the door.

“And what must Orean, not tell me?” Mrs. Pinnock asked and open the door wider for her to enter.

“I quit. Haha, I quit my job! Nearce just keeps getting in the way of everything I hate him so much, he’s ruining everything for me. First, he blames me for cheating and now, Kyhe. He can’t allow me to work without thinking I will betray him with Nearce. He’s such a bastard. I don’t know where to start and I can’t run away. I hate it but it’s my fault, it’s all my fault, but how could I have known he would have done something like that! After being accused so many times I don’t know if its accusation coming out someone mouth if they talk to me, now I have to quit my job, because of him, Mr. Knight is already accusing me.” Jhonia said and laughed then said again this time it wasn’t funny she was crying and letting her anger out, explaining but Mrs. Pinnock doesn’t know what to do expect hugging her…

“I want to be alone, just me. Send Orean back for me or not let him stay in case I need to go out!” Jhonia said, forcing herself away from the hug telling her then change her mind.

“Okay. I made soup and I clean up for you. Take rest.” Mrs. Pinnock said to her. Then together with Orean outside and close the door. Jhonia began removing her clothes and afterwards she went and took a shower. While!

“Do you know what happened at Sky today?” Mrs. Pinnock asked?

“I think it’s because of the Quearnis contract!” Orean said as they began walking towards the elevator.

“What about it?” Mrs. Pinnock asked, pressing the button to open the elevator doors.

“Mr. Pinnock went after the contract with the retail company after he found Mr. Knight was going after it. Ms. Jhonia was going through the contract when she found a fault and went to fix it, knowing Mr. Knight would agree to her adjustment. She found out Mr. Quearnis cares about charity and lost children so, she changed the contract and Mr. Quearnis agree to put more into the deal than what’s written within the contract. She goes up smiling and she return moments later with tears in her eyes.” Orean explained what Nearce did after he knew Kyhe went of the Quearnis cooperation, Jhonia fix the file after finding out Mr. Quearnis week spot and win him over but after she returned, she went up happy but left in tears.

“I see. Mr. Knight must have thought Jhonia went after the contract for Nearce because he now knows Nearce is her husband. He might believe Nearce, will sway Jhonia into winning it for him and betray him. A misunderstanding caused her to leave her job. Kyhe will fix it, don’t worry.” Mrs. Pinnock penciling it out as it went! Kyhe is afraid Jhonia will betray him for Nearce. She claims with surety. Meanwhile!

“Yes, I’m sure remove it before tomorrow morning.” Kyhe said seated in his office on his cellphone.

“What do we get Mr. Knight?” The person asked.

“I’m not paying you to take it down, it would make me guilty instead post the information I sent you. In the future, you will thank me! Don’t worry about the other sites, either they will follow.” Kyhe responded saying then added the person will thank in the future and explain.

“Okay, because you have never failed me. I’m thanking you now, don’t worry either I have the other site takes down theirs. You care about her, don’t you?” The person responds to him saying then ask.

“… Hmm, but this is as much as I can do for now.” He took a moment then responded don’t the person then said.

“Yea. I’m going to get busy for you. Heh, the Quearnis cooperation. How did you get it?” The person responds the shouted asking.

“I didn’t. Jhonia did! She is the one who wins him over.” Kyhe didn’t hesitate to tell him the job was done by Jhonia.

“These people look easy on the outside, but they are hard to work with. Yet, your secretary wins him over and make him give 20% to charity and you are giving 10%. I wonder how she did it?” He said explaining their hard to deal with and charity shares in the contract. Kyhe was surprised he froze for a few seconds before he grabs the file looking at it. He sighs loudly.

“I have to go now, let’s talk some other time.” Kyhe said getting up from his chair and grab his jacket putting it on then his coat! He went down and to his elevator.

Outside Jhonia apartment building. He got out of the car and stood up as if he could see her room light from there.

“Ah… I shouldn’t have accused her!” Kyhe said to himself looking up at the building!

“Then why did you?” A voice asked but he didn’t turn around.

“I don’t know! After I learned that she took the file when it was not given to her, I thought… I thought she went to get it for him.” Kyhe said explaining taking a moment before he said, in that moment he turned, and it was the person from last time.

“You are the guy from the bike.” Kyhe said to him, looking at him for a few seconds as he was wearing the helmet with not much to see.

“Yea, you should get rid of her!” He said to him, take a step closer to the car which separates them.

“Why would I do that? She is important to Sky and me. If I can’t have her, I should at least let Sky keep her.” Kyhe ask then said explained to him.

“I’m not talking about Jhoni- a… I’m talking about the person who made the affair public.” He said leaving a card before disappearing in the shadows.
