Jhonia stood within his office even after Daeviann left!

“Ah, Mr. Knight can I have the rest of the day?” Jhonia asked him.

“What for?” Kyhe asked.

“Ha, ah. Mr. Knight it’s personal.” Jhonia choked out a laugh and said to him.

“Is it your husband?” Kyhe asked. Glancing up at her, Jhonia narrowed her eyebrows at him.

“Excuse me? Jhonia asked him, in an angry tone of voice. Kyhe met her gaze!

“No! Go back to work!” He stated to her and Jhonia felt that he was jealous therefore she decided not to argue with him and leave. Jhonia text Orean and told him to send her back quickly, she leaves.

She returned in a new bottom from Skirt to pants. Kyhe was heading out for lunch went he noticed Jhonia had a change of clothes and wondered why? But he went on his way and returned to his office after some time.

“She’s upset me again for sure, no doubt about it.” Kyhe said to himself as he wondered if Jhonia had taken the chance to send the files before he returned! He went to his office hoping to catch her, but she wasn’t there either. He went to his phone and called Daeviann to his office.

“You called for me, Mr. Knight?” Daeviann asked after entering his office.

“Where is Jhonia?” He stared at her and asked.

“She went to the computer department. She should be coming back as we speak! Also, she said she was going to ask for the rest day because she wasn’t well, I guess she changed her mind and stayed.” Daeviann responded to him saying then added Jhonia had planned to ask for the rest of day off but somehow change her mind.

“Why would she ask for the rest of the day?” Kyhe asked out of curiosity.

“At first, I thought she lied to us because she thought we would be thinking she was too perfect to be true. She said so, but I think it was because of her period. Ops.” She said explaining then let her mouth slip which she quickly covered and looked at Kyhe.

“Oh, you can go.” Kyhe said to her then sighed heavily.

“Why are you still here?” Kyhe asked as he noticed that she was still there!

“She asked, didn’t she?” Daeviann ask. Kyhe was surprised but pretend he didn’t know what she is talking about.

“Who?” Kyhe asked glancing up at her!

“Jhonia asked for the rest of the day, and you said no, like last time… Oh, you are so evil.” Daeviann said to him, glaring at him with mocking eyes.

“It was a misunderstand. I”

“Don’t tell me Mr. Knight, tell Jhonia.”

Daeviann said, cutting him off, walking sideways to the door and leaving him. To reflect on himself! Time skipped and everyone was taking their leave. Jhonia too was getting ready when her office phone rang.

“Hello!”

“Ms. Smi- Mrs. Pinnock sorry, there is a reservation under your name at”

“Cancel it. I never made it. Ms. Smith, is fine to address me and please do not address me otherwise.” Jhonia said and ended the call after a few seconds she breathe.

“Is there an issue with your husband’s last name?” Kyhe asked because he came close and overheard what she said over the phone. Jhonia turned around to him.

“Did you make it?” She glared at him then asked him.

“Make what?” Kyhe asked. Glancing at her with a surprised facial expression.

“I guess not! I will see myself out.” Jhonia said to him and picked her bag to leave.

Kyhe grabbed her arm pulling her up to him, surprised by his actions. Jhonia grabbed onto him for balance and stopping herself from falling! Their lips brushed against each other, and Kyhe got caught up in the moment.

He took the opportunity to kiss her. Jhonia was even more surprised, but she stood with her eyes open. Until Kyhe’s hand slides down her waist and the other hand running up through her hair, as she began kissing him back and interacting with him the same. Suddenly she snapped and pulled away from him.

“I am… I’m your secretary please don’t see me as anything else if not remember my husband is your enemy in business keep it there only.” Jhonia said, taking a moment looking at him before saying to him, then reminding him she’s Nearce wife.

Jhonia leaves him standing there in amazement at the fact that she kissed him back! After collecting his senses, he rushes to his elevator. After getting on and down he went after Jhonia.

“Jhonia!!” He shouted.

The car was already driving away with her! He decided to go after her but was stopped by Kuwain who appeared out of nowhere!

“Leave me!” He shouted however, Kuwain didn’t let him go.

“At least let me see her get home, at least!” He said shouting as it was already night and a man who is on the internet as a cheat with, with the woman he is now trying to chase after would not make thing better.

“I kissed her… I kissed her and she kissed me. Please, at least go with me, please.” He spoke. A moment passed on and he told him what happened then pleaded with Kuwain to go with him at least.

Meanwhile.

“Why did you cancel the reservation?”

“I am merely a contract wife, whom you have hurt in so many ways… I could kill you. But I don’t intend to be on the level you are on. Don’t try to have dinner with me in public because the contract doesn’t state that you should. Also, thank you for sending me.” Jhonia said to him as she glances over at him, but didn’t look up at him, until she stated what she could do to him, then look away saying to him as she then express her thanks.

“That which happen had nothing to do with me.” Nearce looked at her immediately after she said she could kill him, he then said to her after she was finish.

“Not once?” Jhonia asked him. He did not answer her and that was all shed needed know. Jhonia put more space between them.

“I asked you for a divorce and i meant it, but until this contract is over, I ask that you stop blocking the path for others i don’t intend to be single forever, and I hope that you would be a good father figure to your child and don’t allow him to be turned out like you.” Jhonia said explaining to him then, looked at her phone which began ringing.

“Hello!”

“Did you- Is it true that you kissed Kyhe after he kissed you?” Kuwain said cutting himself off and asked her the second she hello.

“Yes, I kissed him. Did he tell you?” Jhonia responded to him and ask.

“Yes, because he went crazy trying to catch up with you! He’s now drinking I advise you make it clear to him.” Kuwain explain to her and tell her Kyhe is now drinking.

“I see. It was an accident.” Jhonia said replying to him.

“Jhonia, I have known him for a long time and only two people made him so upset and happy at the same time, and one of those individuals is you. So, if he stands a chance give him and if he doesn’t let him know that he must let you go.” Kuwain called her name only began explaining to her, that only two people make him the way he is now. Jhonia sat and listen.
