The agreement between Selene and Hades, part 1.Content is property of NôvelDrama.Org.
Nothing was more radiant than the smile on Selene’s face. Her inheritance had returned to her. As at the moment it is day, and her cousin Helium who rules it, now she can rest and enjoy… Well, enjoy only a third of her real happiness.
In the recreation area at her father’s castle, sitting on the edge of a waterfall, she has her thoughts away from there, but specifically in the kingdom of the underworld. The smile gradually dies on her lips. Despite loving the inheritance that Licaus left her, Helium gave her a gift that nothing is more valuable.
Selene has a daughter, being conceived by the goddess of the moon and the sun god, Persephone is the embodiment of beauty in its purest form. Her being is pure and kind. Her beauty has always attracted everyone’s eyes, whether of desire or hatred. Her long dark blue hair, her golden skin and her ocean blue eyes. A body with curves and full breasts, all the male gods wanted her in their bed. The looks of hate came from the gods of beauty of all kinds: Aphrodite, Freya, Kisshōten, Venus, Parvati, are examples of gods who despise Persephone for having a beauty both outside and inside greater than theirs.
Hades, the ruler of the underworld, kidnapped her beloved daughter. And he has her to this day. For five hundred years Selene hasn’t seen her daughter’s smile. Zeus did not allow a war between Helium and Hades.
“The human world is already shedding too much blood. I will not allow the blood to flow on Olympus either!” he said and lightning cut through the sky. “Come to an agreement by yourselves!”
The order of the father god is absolute, and even Hades, being Zeus’ brother, cannot go against his orders. And he didn’t even want to go against it, a deal was what he was looking for.
Helium refused to say even a word with Hades. Unlike Selene, Helium did not care about Persephone, at least not to the point of submitting to the god of the underworld.
“What do you want in return for my daughter, you bastard? She angrily questions Hades.
The god of the underworld did not go to the trouble of leaving his dominions to care for the agreement, Selene who had to go down there. The castle of fire, where tormented souls scream all the time.
“I want one destined for my son’s son on earth,” he says with a convinced smile on his face.
“What are you talking about?” She asks with an eyebrow raised, confused.
Hades rises from his throne and approaches Selene, with his fingers he takes a lock from the silver hair of the moon goddess and smells it.
“When the time comes, I will warn you,” he whispers in the goddess’s ear.
And so he did. The time has come.
