The Divorcee and Her Three Chaotic Children (Olivia Clarke and William)

Chapter 33

Chapter 33

Watching Olivia gracefully walk into the elevator in her high heels with her charming back, William was

perplexed

When he returned to himself and looked into Gianna’s eyes that were red with weeping, he frowned

irritably.

He said, “Gianna, how do you explain the scandal revealed at the charity dinner?”

“William, I have no idea about this. I’m also a victim. You must believe me!” Gianna said.

“Are you sure?” William asked.

“I swear on my parents’ graves! I really don’t know anything about this. Someone behind the scenes

must be directing things. I know how much Grandpa means to you. How could I do this?” Gianna

vowed solemnly.

She didn’t seem to be lying.

William responded, “I will ask Marshall to arrange for you to go abroad and stay there for a period of

time. Don’t return until I settle the matter here.”

“Go abroad? William, we are getting married. If I go abroad, our wedding will be delayed! I don’t want to

leave you. I want to stay with you,” Gianna said pleadingly with red eyes, dragging William’s sleeve

cautiously.

“Gianna, we are not getting married,” William said in a cold voice.

What he said was like an imperial edict from hell that directly pronounced a death sentence on Gianna.

She felt as if the whole world had collapsed.

“Why? We have got along well with each other, haven’t we? Over the years, I’ve treated Luci as my

own son and brought him up carefully. Who in the world other than me will be nice to him? Now

someone is trying to slander me and ruin my life. Even you don’t trust me, do you?” Gianna said in a

panic.

Hearing her mention Luci, William felt even more annoyed.

He didn’t believe that she treated Luci as her own son.

“Do you think I come to you and ask for an explanation without verifying the scandal revealed at the

charity dinner? I gave you a chance,” William said.

Then William, who looked sullen, ignored Gianna and left the ward.

It would be a lie to say that he, deceived by someone he had trusted over the last seven years, was not

disappointed.

He hated to be deceived, but Gianna fooled him! Belonging © NôvelDram/a.Org.

Seeing William walk out of the ward, Gianna chased after him in a panic but was stopped by his

bodyguards.

“William! Listen to my explanation. I have my reasons! William!” she shouted hysterically.

At this sight, Marshall reminded her, “Miss Clarke, you’d better pack up hurriedly and go abroad. In this

case, maybe Mr. Kinsman will help you get rid of the scandal revealed at the charity dinner. But if you

disobey him, it will be a thorny problem.”

“No, I’m not leaving! I won’t give up on William. I won’t!” Gianna shouted.

Olivia did not see the message sent by Ezra until she entered the elevator. She could not help smiling

meaningfully.

William seemed to be getting increasingly interested in her now!

It seemed that she should speed up her plan. Otherwise, if he discovered her identity, it would be more

troublesome for her to carry out her plan.

Nevertheless, she was curious.

She wondered what William would do after discovering that she was Olivia, who was supposed to have

been dead for five

years.

She took the elevator to the underground garage with Gideon. After getting into the car, she typed a

message to Ezra, “Got it. Watch out in the Kinsman family.”

Ezra replied, “Rest a**ured, Mom. The scu mbag has forbidden the old lady to come here, so she won’t

have another chance

to hurt me!”

Olivia typed another message, “Someone intended to hurt you? Did you get hurt? Who is the old lady?”

She became nervous in an instant. If it weren’t for her concern that Ezra would get into danger if his

identity were exposed, she would call him immediately.

At this moment, Ezra looked at his mother’s questions, feeling slightly embarra**ed.

Oops, he let the cat out of the bag!

Ezra replied, “Mom, don’t worry. I’m fine. I’m talking about Gianna’s mother, who suddenly appeared

and scared me, but the scu mbag has driven her out.”

Seeing Ezra mention Gianna’s mother in the message, Olivia involuntarily became lost in thought.

Olivia had called her mother as well.

Unfortunately, no matter how hard Olivia tried, Olivia could not win her favor like Gianna.

Olivia felt as if she was not her biological daughter.

But now, she went to the Kinsman family to hurt Olivia’s son, who was also her grandson. How could

she be so ruthless?

Although Ezra lightly said that he was fine, Olivia knew her son very well and was sure that her little

devil son would not be scared unless she used some drastic means.

Could it be that she really could do anything to pave the way for Gianna?

Olivia grasped her phone and subconsciously tightened her grip while breathing heavily.

“Miss Clarke, are you all right?” Gideon asked, noticing something was wrong with Olivia.

Only then did Olivia return to herself and loosen her grip.

Olivia replied, “I’m fine. You can go back now. I want to go somewhere.”

“Miss Clarke, you don’t look well. Let me go with you!” Gideon said.

“You don’t need to do that. Just send the evidence of Gianna’s embezzlement to Dean. For the sake of

the fifteen million dollars, I’ll warn him out of kindness,” Olivia said.

“Got it. Miss Clarke, Gideon replied.

In the simmering dark night, Dean discovered that the Clarke family’s project went wrong.

“Ninety million dollars! Where do you think this sum of money has gone?!” Dean roared, striking the

table with his palm, having a headache with fury.

The start-up capital for the Valenfield Bay project was gone, and he had no idea where it had gone!

Caroline, beside him, secretly wiped her sweaty palms against her thighs unnoticed and said softly,

“Could it be that Blake ran away with the money? Don’t worry too much. At least we still have Mr.

Kinsman’s backing. If Gianna asks for help, Mr. Kinsman will help us get through this crisis.”

However, these words were immediately denied by Dean, who said with a sneer, “I know very well

about Blake. It’s impossible for someone as timid as him to escape with such a large sum of money.”

“Tell me, how did Gianna get the wedding dress?” Dean suddenly asked. It was obvious that he had

become suspicious. Caroline, whose back stiffened and eyes were drifting, tried hard to keep calm and

said, “I have no idea. Mr. Kinsman presumably gave it. You know, they are getting married soon, aren’t

they?”

Dean became even more sullen and said, “After what happened at the charity dinner, Gianna’s

reputation has been totally ruined. How could she marry into the Kinsman family in the current

situation?”

“Are you hiding something from me?” Dean, who knew well about his wife, keenly sensed that

something was wrong with his wife and said, “I remember that you asked me to give sixty million dollars

to Gianna earlier.”
