Sean raised an eyebrow but made no move.

Yevgen hesitated and then asked, “Could I trouble this gentleman to leave us for a moment? Or perhaps go ahead? I need to speak with Noelle in private, and I can take her home afterward.”

Noelle did not respond, so Sean stayed put, leaning casually against the car door. His posture seemed relaxed, but his eyes held a barely perceptible, cold amusement.

He smirked slightly, closed the car door, and continued leaning against it as he exuded an air of ease.

Seeing Sean’s nonchalant attitude, Yevgen felt a surge of frustration but turned back to Noelle. “Noelle…”
