Triplets!
Sofia:
Strongly shocked by this first diagnosis described by the doctor, I looked astonished, incredulous and skeptical at my friends, unable to speak. They, who until now, did not know what happened to me the night of our graduation, were pale.
I do not deny that this saddened me at the first moment, all my plans and life projects, far from my parents, went down the drain. However, I felt something in me that asked me to have him, not to lose him.
I am a believer in God and respectful of life, but this situation was not easy to face and even less alone. I am sure that my parents do not count on me, even though I am their only daughter. So I must think well, before making a decision.
I left with my friends in my wheelchair, towards the sonographer’s office, reflecting and looking for a logical answer to what was happening to me, but I could not find it. Besides, it was a great oversight on my part, because I could have bought the morning after pill and solved the problem, but I didn’t do it.
They came in with me for the ultrasound. A few minutes later, the doctor announced two great and unusual pieces of news: first, that I am exactly six weeks pregnant, starting the seventh week, and second, that it was a multiple pregnancy: I have three amniotic sacs.
-Oh my God! -I exclaimed, “This can’t be true! Triplets? Are you sure, doctor? -I insisted, more incredulous than terrified.
-Yes, Miss. There are three embryos, each one in a bag,” assured the doctor, showing the monitor, which, by the way, I didn’t want to look at.
My friends, with their hands over their mouths, silenced their screams of astonishment, only watching me with looks of terror. I think mine was the same, because they both quickly approached the stretcher and hugged me to comfort me and give me their support.
When I took the results to the attending physician, he recommended that I immediately undergo a check-up with an obstetrician-gynecologist to begin the periodic and constant review of the evolution of my pregnancy.
The three of us left the clinic, totally speechless, not knowing what to say. I did not know what to do, if I asked my parents for help, they would force me to keep up appearances, therefore, with them I had only two options: to abort them or to marry Jose David.
When I arrived at the apartment, in my bed, with the two of them in front of me, they demanded that I explain what had happened to me. Why was it like this? A pregnancy and triplets? Whose was it? That’s how I explained everything that happened to me on the famous graduation night.
-But surely you don’t remember who it was? -Shayla asked me, astonished.
-No! I swear I don’t know who he was, or what his name was,” I answered shaking my head and letting the tears run down my face, “At that time, he was just my savior, my guardian angel,” I answered choking with tears.
-Brave guardian angel, my friend! -When he sent you not just one, but three offspring in your first and only delivery.
-What are we going to do? -Shayla questioned me. “All three of us newly graduated and out of work, with three kids to support, God! -She put her hands to her forehead and added, “We must work to provide for all three.
-Friends! I am grateful for what you are proposing, but I am not going to let you take the consequences of something that is my full responsibility,” I replied.
-This is a problem of the three of us, we were the ones who insisted the most for you to go to the disco. You didn’t want to go,” said Shayla, who was the one who convinced me to go.
-Besides, there is something we haven’t considered,” said Sheyli, “You can’t work like that. Nowhere will they accept you for being pregnant.
That day I mentally struggled to find out who was the person who had saved me, until an idea came to me, to go to the disco and try to buy the one who manages the camera area, to know exactly the identity of the one who had impregnated me.

Sofia:
A week later, feeling better, I went to the place where the disco operates, looking for the maintenance lady I met the day after my graduation. But I couldn’t find her, apparently she is a rotating staff, not a permanent employee of the business. I was served by a young woman.
I asked to speak to the owner, but he didn’t give me any information either, and much less could I have access to the staff that manages the cameras, which there are, because I was able to observe some of them while I was there.
When I went out to the parking area, I felt a strong dizziness again, so I leaned on one of the outside windows of the place, meanwhile a young, handsome, athletic man approached me to ask me what was wrong.
-What’s the matter, Miss? -he asked, taking me by the arm and helping me back into the place.Content property of NôvelDra/ma.Org.
-I got dizzy,” I answered, resting my hands on his arm.
-Maru? Where are you?” he shouted, looking towards the restroom area.
-Hello, sir! -She answered, looking at me and explaining to her boss, “This young lady was looking for you a while ago, sir.
-Are you the administrator? -I asked desperately and trying to control how bad I felt.
-Yes! Yes,” he answered, hesitant and apparently worried.
-I need to talk to you, but alone! -I asked a little more recovered.
He, observing the state I was in, took me by the arm again and led me to an office, which I deduced would be his. Upon entering, everything was very tidy, clean and organized, contrary to the atmosphere reflected in the space where we were before.
-Please, sit down! -He asked me, “Now tell me, what can I do for you?
-Exactly one month ago, on March 25th, I was here with a group of friends and I started to feel bad -I confessed looking at the administrator’s face- Someone took me to the upper part, where the private rooms are and there I woke up.
“I wish you would allow me to see the videos of that day, to at least distinguish or identify who helped me at that time,” I begged shyly.
-That will be impossible! -Because every day we clean the system, to start a new recording, they are only saved when a problem is observed,” he emphasized.
-God! -I said and let the tears flow without a sound. I thanked him for the information and got up from my chair to walk towards the exit.
The young man walked me to the car, to make sure I would be all right, and I did. He looked at my Bugatti in amazement and then at me. Afterwards, he made a comment to me about it, I replied and walked out to the apartment, worse than before…
