She Prince

Chapter 3

Leaning against the wall next to the closed of the private room, wan ke tries to hear out the conversation happening inside the room but all he could hear is the noise of bickering in the room and the loud noise of the guests downstairs.

Waiting outside for a long time Wan ke decides to leave but before he could keep a step he turns around and rushes to the door when he hears Ms Cheng.

Ms Cheng is the most beautiful lady in the house of Jin and she is the dream girl of many men in this state. She always had many customers and she is well known for her melodious voice in singing.

Stepping back Wan ke kicks the door which makes the wooden door to part away welcoming him in. Walking in he stops in his tracks when his eyes catches Ms Cheng who is standing in the hold if JiangYi.

“Master Wan,” she coughs looking towards his direction in astonishment.

Jiang yi leaves his tight hold on Ms Cheng and tries to escape, Wanke turns him around before he could keep a step away but Jiang Yi pushes him away instantly.

Stepping back Wanke balances his weight on his left foot, he throws his right fist out in a curved punch at his temple which makes Jiang Yi to fall on the ground with a loud tud. Walking forward Wan ke bends low and pulls him to his feet almost tearing the collar of his dress as the slight rasp of material ripping could be heard.

“What do you want?,” Wanke grits his teeth moving his face closer to Jiang Yi’s.

“Sis Cheng you okay,” a female voice gets into their ears which makes Wan ke to look towards the door while his grip on Jiang Yi’s collar loosens.

Taking the situation as an advantage he pushes Wan ke and jumps through the window in a blink of an eye.

“Check on her,” Wan ke orders and rushes towards the window, looking through the window he sees Jiang yi standing up from the ground without wasting any second he jumps off the window as the distance to the ground is not too high.

“Stop,”he gets behind Jiang Yi in a flash grasping him by the right shoulder he pushes him to the wall and places his left forearm over his chest.

“Give that,” he demands pushing his forearm against Jiangyi’s chest.

“You are making a wrong move kid,” Jiang Yi grunts staring right into his eyes.

“I don’t care,” Wan ke states , raising a brow questionably he moves his other hand behind Jiang Yi pulling out the the folded papers from his belt.

The sheet of paper inside the other folded one falls down to the ground, which makes Wan ke to look down curiously when the folded paper opens due to the wind displaying the painting of a man, the name Wen Ling written below along with the word Missing on the top.

His eyes widens in horror to see the poster laying on the ground. Looking at Wan ke with furrowed eyebrows Jiang yi tries to read his expression but he couldn’t.

Wan ke loosens his hold on him as he takes a step back to pick up the paper.

“Master Wan,” Xu calls out walking towards them.

Jiang Yi snatches the other paper from Wan ke and leaves the scene immediately when Wan ke turns around to meet Xu.

“Do me a favour,” he tells Xu before Jiang Yi can go farther.

“Anything for you,”she chuckles standing in front of him.

“Follow him and let me know where he is going,”

“Sure,” Xu jumps forward and hurries away.

“Be careful,” Wan ke shouts behind in concern.

Picking up the poster from the ground he hurries into the house of Jin from the back door.

“Why does he want this,” Wan ke questions as soon he enters Ms Cheng’s room.

“Master Wan,” Ms Cheng gets up from her seat to greet him. Walking towards her Wan ke takes his seat opposite to her and gestures her to sit.

“From where did you get this,” he asks placing the poster on the table “What is the other document about?,”Taking the kettle from the flame he pours the green tea into a cup on the table and gulps it all down at once.

“You don’t trust me?,” he exclaims staring at her as she remained silent.

“How can I not trust you after knowing you for years,”Ms Cheng smiles ” But I’m sorry I’ve promised the person not to tell anyone,” she answers softly.

“Alright then,”he sighs getting up from his seat “I’ll find it out myself,” grabbing the poster on the table he walks away “Make sure you stay away from Jiang Yi,” he blurts standing by the doorway.

“Master Wan,” his maid from home greets him while he waits looking downstairs from the balcony to find Xu.

“Your mother wants you home to pack up for tomorrow,” she continues.

“I’ll be back,” he rushes downstairs when Xu enters the hallway. This content is © NôvelDrama.Org.

“Damn.. I was worried,” holding her shoulders gently and he observes her “Why were you late?,”

“I’m fine,” she giggles “He went to the second floor of the crime department,” she informs.

“How should I thank you my girl?,” he grins as he hugs her side ways.

“Treat me a meal,”

“Sure, a great meal,” he chuckles.

Even though Xu and Xing are in the same age , Xing has always been like an older brother of Xu and she is like a spoilt little sister. Being as Wan ke Xing lives her life with his birth date forgetting her own one.
