Drake wasn't sure if what Travis had said was a joke or not but he was not happy about it.

He faked a loud cough, trying to get Travis' attention.

"Travis, you are too realistic! I just lost control of the Riley Group and you are gonna let your sister find

a new mate?"

"That's just how the world works."

Drake held Sophia into his arms with confidence, "I believe Sophia only loves me for the rest of her life

even if I'm just a nobody."

Sophia said intentionally to tease him, "What if I don't?"

Somehow, Sophia saw another version of Drake, who was not the president of the Riley Group but a

happy, positive, and cute man.

Drake had got the pizza on the table. He put the apron on and started to tell them to come for it.

Flynn said with a smile, "It's just a start! You'll see him like this more often. Hey, guys, listen!

Remember, we can have meals here if we don't wanna go home. How does that sound?"

That sounded perfect!

Drake smashed a thing at hand over before everyone could say something.

"Inviting you guys over for once is more than enough. I'm cooking for Sophia, not you guys!"

People all laughed at once.

Sophia got changed and was about to help Drake in the kitchen but he pushed her out.

"Like we are at your parents' place. From now on, you'll be in the living room entertaining guests and I'll

cook in here. That's the Lawson family tradition!"

Travis was impressed by these words.

"He's right! That's the Lawson family tradition. Since he is so sweet to you, Sophia, I'll go help him. And

you just stay here with them."

Well, Sophia couldn't get more familiar with those guys so she certainly didn't need to entertain them.

But, since they both stopped her from offering a hand in the kitchen, she would just let it be!

Chloe said in jealousy, "True! That's the tradition! What a great tradition of the Lawson family!"

Bailey hurriedly crouched down to give Chloe a massage on her legs and shoulder after she said those

words.

"Honey, we have this kind of tradition in the Duncan family, too."

"I don't think so. Mom's always busy every time someone pays a visit."

"But she doesn't do the cooking."

"That's because we got cooks there."

Bailey soon got the idea, "Okay! Chloe, I can't control my parents. But, for us, we have a new tradition!"

And Chloe and Bailey were still making out like they didn't see Flynn.

Meanwhile, Helena was having fun with Bonnie.

There was nothing complicated to do in the kitchen other than take out the heated pizza. So Drake and

Travis got it done pretty quickly.

All were seated around the table, excited by the feast before them.

"Not bad! Drake, you did a good job even when we are gonna eat at home."

Drake made every type of pizza look nice on those plates like they did in a restaurant.

"We eat at home but we can still feel fancy! Come on! Drink up! It's a celebration for me, who's gonna

be a house husband!"

So hilarious! This was the first time they had heard that someone was happy about becoming a house

husband!

Chloe proposed to play games when they were almost done eating. There was really nothing Bailey

could do about her.

"Chloe, don't forget you're carrying a baby! We can't stay long."

"But I wanna play!"

She could not be as she had been before her pregnancy. There were so many things that she was not

allowed to do. And she had to return home early at night!

Bailey knew that she was not being willfully headstrong. He was well aware that she needed more time

to get used to the change from a girl to a mother.

"Sweetie, we still got plenty of time when you deliver the baby."

"But, I'll have to stay at home all day to take care of the kid by then."

"I won't let you look after the baby alone? I'll have my mom and many other people help you with this. I

promise I'll make your life exactly the same interesting as before!"

Chloe pouted, "You are just saying that!"

"No, I'm serious!"

Chloe looked at them with a depressed look, "Fine, you keep playing. We gotta go!"

She was not that unhappy. After all, Bailey would leave with her every time. It was not that she left by

Sophia and Drake walked them out.

But Chloe said, "Hey, it's not like we are strangers or anything. You don't have to show us the way out.

Go back to eat. Otherwise, I'll refuse to leave again."

Sophia was amused by her.

Sophia and Drake walked back inside after they watched them get in the car and leave.

But they had no idea that Rashad was outside right now.

He did not pass by but purposely came here to check on Drake. Because he thought Drake would

today and anyone who got laid off after this would be upset for sure.

Sara took out one of the contracts in front of Sophia.

"Ms. Lawson, here's the project we are doing with the Riley Group. You wanna go in person or should I

go?"

Sophia took it over and had a look. She had signed this contract with Drake before without overthinking

it, but now the situation was different. Rashad became the new president of the Riley Group.

In fact, Sophia got many other contracts with the Riley Group, which meant that she still had to deal

with Rashad in the future.
