Sophia told Rashad what had just happened.
"Come on. Let me take you to the hospital."

"Nah, thank you, Mr. Witt. I'll just go back and get some rest."
"No way. What if you have broken some bones?"
Rashad insisted on taking her to the hospital. Actually Sophia did feel some pain but she didn't know
which part of her body got injured.
"I can get up by myself."
"Come on!"
Rashad turned around, picked Sophia up and then ran to his car.
Sophia struggled and said, "Rashad, put me down please. I can still walk."

Sophia still wanted to refuse Rashad's offer, but Rashad was too fast. He quickly opened the car and
threw Sophia in.
Sophia really had some pain all over her body but she didn't know why. Therefore, she wasn't able to
get out of the car.
Then Sophia was taken to the hospital.
After the examination, the doctor came out and walked to Rashad.
"Mr. Witt, don't worry. Your girlfriend doesn't get any bone injury or other injuries."
Mr. Watts overheard this and looked at Rashad strangely. Did Rashad have a girlfriend? Since when?
Mr. Watts didn't know about this at all.
Since the door was open, Sophia heard what the doctor said, too. She tried to explain, "Doc, actually

Mr. Watts felt even more confused. The female voice sounded familiar to him. Mr. Watts thought it
seemed to be Sophia's.
But Sophia was Drake's wife. How could she be Rashad's girlfriend?
Rashad interrupted Sophia and asked the doctor, "Really? Then why does she still feel pain?"
"It is very normal in a car accident. A small car accident may always make you feel pain, but it doesn't
mean your bones are broken or something."
"Does she need to stay in the hospital for observation?"
"It's up to you two."
The doctor's words meant that Sophia wasn't badly injured at all.
Rashad thanked the doctor and left.
After Rashad walked in, Mr. Watts immediately followed him and looked at him secretly.
"Rashad, why did you tell the doctor that I am your girlfriend?"
"I didn't. I must be so nervous when I carried you here. Maybe the doctor misunderstood me."
Sophia looked at Rashad and didn't what she should say next.
After a long while, she asked, "Did you call Drake yet?"
Rashad patted his head and said, "Shit, I forgot to. I'll call him right now."
Sophia looked at Rashad, speechless. She didn't know whether he really forgot to call Drake or not.
Rashad took out his phone and called Drake.
However, no one answered even though Rashad called many times.
"What is Drake doing now?" Rashad grumbled and continued to call Drake.
Sophia frowned, looked at Rashad and said, "No answering?"
Rashad called a few times more and then stopped. He said, "Sophia, Drake may be busy now. He's not
answering my calls."
It was already eight o'clock. Drake shouldn't be busy. If Drake really had to work now, he would have
sent Sophia a message before.
"Well, I guess I have to drive you back."
Rashad was about to lift Sophia up.
Sophia was only used to being in Drake's arms. Therefore, she declined Rashad, "The doctor said that
I was fine. I think I can walk by myself."
"You just said you felt pain all over your body? Just let me help you."
Mr. Watts seemed to understand what was going on. He turned around, walked away and called Drake.
However, to his surprise, his call was answered soon.
Mr. Watts felt kind of confused. He then said, "Mr. Riley, I just saw your wife in the hospital."
"Sophia?"
"Yes, she is with your cousin, Mr. Witt. She seemed to have a car accident."
Drake immediately stood up and said, "Which hospital are you in? I am coming soon."
Mr. Watts told Drake the address.
When Drake was about to hang up the phone, Mr. Watts said, "Mr. Riley, I think something is wrong
with your cousin. Before, your wife asked him if he had called you, but he said he had forgotten. Then
he called you several times, but he didn't get through. However, I just called you once and you
answered. Did you get any calls from him?"
Drake gritted his teeth and said, "I didn't."
Mr. Watts was kind of bewildered.
He didn't know if he should get himself into this.
After hanging up the phone, seeing that Sophia and Rashad were about to come out, Mr. Watts walked
inside. He knew Drake must be on his way now.
"Ms. Lawson, what a coincidence!"
Sophia raised her head and said, "Hello, Mr. Watts. What are you doing here?"
"Well, my father felt kind of sick. He got examined and the doctor told me he'd be fine soon. I am about
to go home, but I didn't expect to see you here. What happened to you?"
"Oh, I had a car accident and just came here for an examination."
Mr. Watts pretended to be surprised, as if he hadn't overheard their conversation just now.
"What? How?"
Sophia knew that Mr. Watts had a good relationship with Drake. Besides, she was close to Mrs. Watts,
so she told Mr. Watts what had happened before.
"Did you get hurt?" Mr. Watts asked.
Rashad thought that Mr. Watts seemed to be keeping them here on purpose, but he didn't know why he
was doing this.
Sophia said, "No, but my body kind of hurts."
"Have you finished the examination? I know some good doctors here. Well, I can call them and ask
them to do a reexamination for you."
Sophia smiled and said, "Oh, I really appreciate it, but I'm fine."
Rashad didn't like Mr. Watts very much. He coughed slightly to attract Mr. Watts' attention.
"Mr. Watts, thank you for your concern. But it's getting late now. Sophia should go home now, or Drake
will be worried about her."
"Well, Mr. Riley doesn't know about this yet? That's weird."
Mr. Watts heard Rashad's warning but he still didn't want the two of them to leave.

"Sophia, are you alright?"
Looking at the man who rushed in, Sophia was surprised. "Drake, why are you here?"
