Chapter 132
Who at the door?" Alpha Atlas asked behind me and then he tuck his head out through the door to see who it was.
1 looked up at his face to see a frown.
1 looked back at Raina. I still had a surprised and confused look on my face.
What are you doing here?" I asked and she smiled.
I'm your personal maid. I should be wherever you are."
"If she needed you, she would have asked you to come." Alpha Adas said. From his voice, I could tell that he was glaring hard at her.
I could not blame him. Apart from her interruption, what Raina lid was something she should not have done. She might have good intentions....
Or not...
Because, as much as I had felt that she was perfect for the job before, I was beginning to have a bad feeling about her.
As someone who was once a maid, I knew that in this pack, maids could only go to a place with their master only if they were invited. They don't just show up without permission. It was rude to do so. Raina, I did not ask you to come. If I needed you, I would have asked you to come with me."
"I-I was just worried about you and I decided to visit."
"How did you get in here?" Alpha Atlas asked. He sounded angrier. "Who let you in?"
"Go back," I said to her and she furrowed her eyebrows in confusion and I could have sworn to have seen her frown.
"But-"
"But, what?" Atlas chipped in. "She asked you to leave. Or, should I help you?" His Alpha aura was all over the place and Raina cowered in fear.
"Calm down," I told Atlas, then I turned back to Raina. "I appreciate your concern, but if I wanted you to be here, I would have asked you to come with me. You should. See this as a break."
Without saying anything, she walked away. As I watched her, I thought of how strange it was for her to come here. Did she at least inform my parents before coming? And, how did she know my room?
"I have sent you a picture of Elaina's maid. Make sure she leaves the place and get me the guard that let her in here." I turned to see that Atlas was on a call already.
He tried to come near afterward and I pushed him away. "We should not be doing this," I said.
"Why?"
Recently, Atlas had managed to win a few points for himself, but the fact that he rejected me still remained. More than half of the pack knew of the rejection. And, I was a little bit confused about how I felt about him. I was attracted. Yes. But what made me get attracted to him so much now? Was it the attention he was giving me? Was it his good looks? Or, was I in love? I needed time to figure everything out before doing something serious with him.

"It's Atlas to you," He said at the top of his voice. Then, he took a deep breath. "Stop addressing me formally, Call me Atlas:
I just stared blankly at him without saying anything in response
He ran his hand through his hair. A sign of frustration. "I'm sorry, I
You should leave." I said in a small voice.
He opened his mouth to talk, but he closed it back immediately And, without saying any more words, he left the room.
I heaved a sigh of frustration, walked back to my bed and fell backwards on it.
The next morning, everybody had breakfast at the dining room so Emma and I joined. When I got there, I found out that Emma and I were not the only visitors of the Alpha's.
Uncle Leo introduced the visitor to me. He was Alpha Greg, the Alpha of Moonstone pack. Alpha Greg was the son of the popular fashion designer, former Luna Mitchell.
I knew that his parents were friends of Uncle Leo and Aunt Rita, but what could have brought him to this pack?
"Alpha Greg here wants a Luna from our pack and that is why he is here," Aunt Rita said and I choked on my food immediately.
"Here." I looked up to see that Alpha Greg was holding out a glass of water for me.
I gave a quick glance at Alpha Atlas and to my surprise, he did not spare me a glance. He was interested in his food. My heart squeezed in pain and I wondered why. Was this not what I wanted? But I couldn't help but feel a little annoyed. I had choked on my food and he showed no concern whatsoever, I quickly looked back at Alpha Greg and flashed him a smile before taking the glass of water he offered me.
"Alpha Greg, thank you so much. You're so kind," I said, keeping my smile. At the corner of my eyes, I could see Alpha Atlas and while I hoped to get a reaction from him. I got nothing.
He was focused on his food.
I ate more of the food before me, trying to decipher why he was so invested in what he was eating. Did he like the food that much?
"You pushed him away. Why are you disturbing yourself now?" Seraph asked and I blocked her out of rage. On the outside, I looked calm, but on the inside, I was boiling red hot with anger. "Elaina, do you want more chicken?" Alpha Greg asked and I nodded.
He took some out of his plate and dropped it in mine.
"Oh, I didn't mean to-"
"I'm happy to share my food with you," He said and I smiled.
"So," He continued. "Should I call you Athena and Elaina? I heard about your story and I found it quite intriguing."
"If you heard about her story, then you will know that she had moon sickness, an hereditary disease. I'm sure you won't want to mess your lineage up with a disease like that," Aunt Freya said. Her words hurt me but I decided to not take it to heart. 2/3

"I very well know what moon sickness is and I honestly do not re, Alpha Greg said and I frowned.
Was he really thinking of marrying me? We barely know each offer.
"Elaina, you won't mind giving Alpha Greg here a tour of the mansion, will you?" Rita asked and at that moment, I heard a loud thud.
It was from Atlas. He slammed his fists on the table and got up of his feet. I looked up at him, wondering what had gotten into him. He had been quiet the whole time.
What was he about to do now?
