Chapter 730
Chapter 730
Esther was surprised as she asked, "You..."
"I've been more religious lately," Jasper replied, avoiding the mention of his church visit.
"It seems like you've changed," she remarked.
Jasper cryptically said, "No one stays the same forever. People always change. Why did you call me?"
"I need your help to investigate my childbirth at the prison hospital," Esther said.
Jasper handed her an envelope and said, "When the DNA test confirmed Pixie wasn't your daughter, I
had someone look into the events back then. RêAd lat𝙚St chapters at Novel(D)ra/ma.Org Only
"Shane confessed it was Cole who took Bradley and your daughters to the welfare institution five years
ago. Cole did send these twin girls to the welfare institution, but I'm not sure why Pixie wasn't your
daughter. Cole is the only person who knows your daughters' whereabouts now, but sadly, he had an
accident."
Esther examined the investigation materials Jasper gave her. They included surveillance footage of
Cole leaving the prison hospital with the children and related procedures for sending them to the
welfare institution. Each page made her heart race.
"Bradley probably doesn't know where my daughters are, right?" she asked.
Jasper looked surprised and said, "Why would Bradley know where your daughters are? Did he say
something?"
"He mentioned that my daughters are in his hands."
Jasper firmly denied, "That's impossible! Esther, think about it. If your daughters were with Bradley, he
wouldn't have kept Felix from seeing them all this time. Something's not right. I recall Kevin was also
investigating your daughters' matter. If you doubt me, we can ask Kevin."
Esther's heart sank. She had suspected that Bradley had been deceiving her, but she couldn't fathom
his motives.
"I want to see Bradley."
"Now?"
"Yes."
Jasper assisted Esther into a wheelchair and said gently, "The bodyguards are outside. He can't
approach you. If you want to see him, I'll take you there. Esther, don't worry. I won't let Bradley harm
you, even if it means risking my life."
Esther's eyes welled up with tears as Jasper wheeled her toward Bradley.
When Bradley saw Esther in a wheelchair, a look of delight briefly crossed his eyes. His normally cold
gaze suddenly radiated with intensity, like molten lava.
"Esther!"
Bradley rose and gazed at Esther, surrounded by bodyguards. He demanded dominantly, "Come here."
Esther stared at Bradley, and her thoughts drifted to the icy crystal coffin in the basement, sending
shivers down her spine.
"Bradley, I have one final question for you. Where have you hidden my daughters?"
Bradley furrowed his brow, speaking coldly. "Esther, did you enjoy the cake on the island?"
"Bradley, that cake looked incredibly realistic. Your lies are just as convincing. If you intend to threaten
me with my daughters, show them to me in person. If you can't do that, then please vanish from our
lives forever. Felix and I never want to see you again."
