Chapter 2246
Chapter 2246
"Whether anything happened between you and Qiana has nothing to do with me!" Yesseca took a deep breath and continued, "Because I don't care, and what's between us isn't just a misunderstanding. I no longer have any feelings for you anymore."
With that, Yesseca turned her back toward Tremaine, "So, leave, Quartley!"
Tremaine didn't say anything.
Standing rooted to the spot, he felt as though his blood was slowly freezing over.
He came looking for her with a passion only to be met with her aloofness.
He thought Yesseca still had feelings for him. He thought he could win her back with everything it took, and she'd be moved since nothing happened between him and Qiana.
But only now did he realize how wrong he was.
Yesseca wouldn't be moved so easily.
And her words had truly broken him.
Moments later, Tremaine took a step forward.
He thought the Yesseca right then was simply too emotional.
He should wait.
He should come and see her again sometime later.
However, he wanted to hug her before leaving.
Unfortunately, she shoved his hand away just as he reached out before he even had the chance to touch her waist.
"Do you not speak English, Tremaine?! Get lost!" Yesseca scolded harshly.
Tremaine's hand froze mid air.
He finally spoke moments later. "Alright, I'll leave. Have a good rest. Good night."
Silence followed as the sound of his footsteps faded.
Yesseca finally looked over her shoulder after a long time.
There was no one else but her.
Tremaine finally left.
Yesseca went and slammed the door shut before returning to her room.
Alas, she finally couldn't take it anymore.
Tears streamed down her face like a never-ending waterfall.
Soon, her tears soaked the pillow.
And it wasn't until a long time that she finally stopped crying.
Her eyes were horribly puffy then.
She pulled out a photo she kept underneath her pillow.

Looking at Lothar, she mumbled, hurt and lost Lothar, Tremaine came again.I don't know why he came; we've already broken up so long ago. I've finally got my life back together, but why does he still want to come looking for me; why does he still want my forgiveness?"
"Lothar, I thought he'd be angry and lose his temper on me when I said all those harsh words. After all, he's always had a bad temper, but he wasn't angry, can you believe it? don't know him anymore. The Tremaine I knew would definitely be upset."
"I wanted hìm to be angry; I wanted him to lose his temper on me. That way, I'd do too. If we fought, everything would be over. But he didn't. I don't know what to do with him like that."
"Lothar, what is wrong with me? I've already told myself that I would never think of him again during the day. But why would my heart waver as soon as he appears again?"
"Please tell me, Lothar, what's happening to me," Yesseca put her face on the photo, looking more hurt and lost, "I don't know who I am anymore." No one responded.
Yesseca ranted, but it could be nothing more than a soliloquy.
Because Lothar could never respond to her.
Yesseca mumbled to herself, putting her face on the photo, and surprisingly mumbled herself to sleep.
The next day.
