Chapter 52
Chapter 52
Rebecca didn't know who was rich enough to buy a first-class plane ticket for her.
Of course, it was also possible that the economy class tickets had been sold out and that only first- class tickets were available.
The gate was open and the passengers in first class naturally took priority to board, so when Justin heard the boarding notice, he hugged Rebecca and headed for the VIP boarding passage in first class.
"Mr.Williams, please!"
Samuel was very polite to Adam and made a gesture asking Adam to go first.
"Please, Professor Talty!" Content bel0ngs to Nôvel(D)r/a/ma.Org.
Adam also smiled faintly and made the same gesture to Samuel.
Samuel was more than twenty years older than Adam.
Since Adam was so polite, Samuel didn't hesitate and walked to the VIP passage in the first class, followed by Adam and his assistant.
The domestic flights were small planes, and there were only 12 seats in the first class.
Rebecca glanced around after boarding and found that the seats were all taken.
Her seat was Close to Justin's, with Samuel's seat in front of them and Adam's and his assistant's seats across the aisle.
"Where do you like to sit, by the window or by the aisle?"
After putting Rebecca's luggage away, Justin looked at Rebecca and asked her gently.
Behind Rebecca stood Adam, who was putting his luggage.
Rebecca did not look at him at all, but only said to Justin, "By the window."
"Okay, then you sit by the window."
"Ok."
Rebecca nodded, walked to the seat by the window and sat down.
Then, she turned her head and looked out of the cabin.
Outside the cabin, there were planes taking off and landing, and luggage trailers were also coming and going, which was a busy scene.
Considering that she was temporarily arranged to go on a business trip with Samuel and sit beside Justin in the first class, Rebecca knew that Justin was probably the man behind everything.
After all, it was easy to for him to do so since he was the young master of the Capen Family.
However, Rebecca did not want to expose it.
At this moment, she was grateful to Justin, because when he was by her side, she would not be so lonely and sad when she faced Adam.
Not long after they sat down, the steward brought them disposable slippers, indicating that they would feel more comfortable if they wore slippers.
Rebecca nodded and said "Thank you."
Then, the steward asked them if they needed blankets.
It was only about three hours of the trip.
Besides, it was only morning and she wasn't sleepy, so she didn't plan to sleep on the plane, so she smiled and said to the flight attendant, "No, thank you!"
"Sir, what about you?"
The steward asked Justin beside Rebecca with a smile.
"Give me a blanket, thank you!"
Justin smiled and asked the stewardess to fetch it.
"Why? Didn't you sleep well last night?"
Rebecca turned to look at Justin and asked him casually.
However, just as she turned her head, she and Adam who was sitting on the other side of the aisle looked at each other by chance.
Rebecca didn't understand why Adam liked to sit by the aisle instead of the window.
After a glance at each other, without any emotion, Rebecca looked away from Adam and looked at Justin.
"No!"
Justin smiled like a boy.
"If you fall asleep later, it maybe useful."
Rebecca looked at Justin and stared at him without saying anything.
She just answered tonelessly and she took out her phone and looked down at it.
On the other side of the aisle, Adam's expression suddenly became sullen without control, then he said to the assistant sitting by the window, "Let's change seats."
The assistant looked at Adam in a daze! Adam had just said that he wouldn't sit by the window, but only a few minutes later he should ask to change the seat.
The assistant sighed.
Looking at Adam inexplicably angry expression, the assistant was frightened.
He nodded quickly, then stood up to change the seat with Adam.
Adam moved over, then turned his head to look out of the cabin, not to look at Rebecca again.
Not long after, the plane took off and it began to fly smoothly after rising to a height of ten thousand meters.
The flight attendant came over again and asked Rebecca and Justin what they needed to drink.
Rebecca had just had breakfast and didn't want anything, but Justin still asked for a cup of hot milk.
Before the plane took off, Rebecca read news on her phone for awhile, but after it took off, there was no internet.
She had nothing to do and didn't want to sleep, so she clicked on a French film that she had downloaded before, which was about150 minutes long.
She hadn't had time to watch it, but now she could watch it.
"What are you watching?"
Just as she put on her headphones and started watching the movie, Justin leaned over and asked her with a smile.
Rebecca took off a headphone and looked sideways at Justin.
Just then, Justin's body blocked her view, so that she could not see the person on the opposite side of the aisle.
She smiled and said casually, "Do you want to watch a French movie?"
"Okay! Give me a headset."
Justin readily agreed and reached for Rebecca's headphones.
Rebecca smiled and gave a headset to Justin. She put on the one and Justin put on the other one.
Then, the two of them got together and watched a movie.
Their world seemed to be exceptionally quiet, not disturbed by any external factors, but only Rebecca knew that her heart was not really peaceful at this moment.
"Pure French without any subtitles.
Do you understand?"
After a while, Justin asked Rebecca.
Rebecca smiled, "Yeah, sure."
Justin looked at her and his expression gradually became excited, "Did you teach yourself?"
Rebecca only stared at the screen of her phone, nodding without saying anything.
"Mr.Williams, I think you should exchange seats with Justin and talk to Smith. She and you..."
"No need. It's good for me to sit here."
