Remembering 3
His adopted mother had repeatedly reached out to Jenna to ask her for help in resolving his resentment towards his father after seeing how close he was to her.
Ben explained to Jenna his reason for the kind of relationship he had with his father, he made her promise not to ever tell his adopted mother. He knew the secret was safe with Jenna, he trusted her.
“He has been away from home since he became a legal adult, do you think your cooking is enough to bring him back?”Ben heard his father say, bringing him out of his thoughts. All text © NôvelD(r)a'ma.Org.
“Don’t be like that honey,” Mrs Larkson replied her husband.
“He is not a child, he would return only on his own terms as it seem. If you are to talk to him about something then ask him to get himself a woman.” Benard Larkson said and stood up from the table, going back upstairs.
Ben didn’t say anything, he just sat there and tried to control himself from getting angrier than he already was. He didn’t care how much his father complained about him not wanting to get married and have an heir, he was just so sure that he was never getting married.

The next day.
Belle stood outside the building of Crisp-tv media house waiting for a cab like she did everyday after work. She hoped Nathan didn’t show up in his car like yesterday, she didn’t like going home in his car yesterday. She had checked with his assistant; Eric, and he had said that his boss was very busy and wasn’t leaving the office anytime soon so she was happy.
Humming a tune in her head, a black car pulled up in front of her. She stopped humming the song immediately.
‘O my godddd! Nathan?’ She thought to herself.’How on earth did he leave his office so soon to meet me here?!’ She asked herself, angry at his presence.
She made up her mind to act like he wasn’t there even if he called her name. She didn’t want to ride with him, it was too awkward, he was too friendly and too friendly was suspicious to her. She saw the car window which was facing where she stood roll down slowly so she looked in another direction, ready to pretend he wasn’t there.
“Belle.” She heard her name and was prepared to close her ears but it wasn’t the voice she expected that she heard.
“Belle,” she heard him again. Ben, it wasn’t Nathan but Ben’s voice but he couldn’t be here, she thought she was just imagining his voice but he called her again;
“Belle, can’t you hear me.” He called this time with an autocratic voice. She knew for sure now that it wasn’t Nathan.
Looking through the car window, she met Ben’s dark angry eyes, her heartbeat skipped for a moment. He was here, Ben was actually here but she didn’t expect him to be in the car he was in. It looked like Nathan’s and it wasn’t a car she would expect him to drive in…. unless….
He was in that kind of car because he didn’t want anyone to know it was him. How did she not think of that the moment she heard his voice?
“Ben?” She uttered, showing her surprise to him.
“Get in.” He ordered.
Opening the car door, she got into the car. Ben didn’t look at her, he just started to drive.
“How was your day?” He asked and she couldn’t tell if he was angry at her or not for not recognizing it was him.
“I’m sorry, I thought you were someone else.” She muttered gaining a glance from him.
“Someone else?”
“Yeah.”
“Who?”
“Just someone.” She said not wanting to go into details concerning Nathan.
“Are you hungry?” He asked her when he paused the car at a red light stop. He turned to her, noticing how she was resting her head against the window glass. He figured he had tampered with her mood.
“I’m not, I had something to eat like an hour ago.” Belle replied in a sullen voice. Ben didn’t like how she was feeling, he was in a bad mood when he left the office and hoped to relieve his anger the moment he set his eyes on her.
He knew how at-peace he felt around her and he wanted that feeling coming to pick her up from work but now he had ended up messing with her own mood. He placed his palm on her left cheek which faced where he sat in the driver’s seat.
Belle turned to him when he did that. She looked into his eyes, they weren’t scary anymore, they didn’t look angry like before. She felt his touch as he extended the four fingers after his thumb on her neck while still caressing her left cheek. She liked what he was doing, it felt good. He always knew where to touch her.
“Do you know what I want to do to you?” He asked in a different voice, she knew this voice of his, he wanted her. She didn’t say anything so he went on to play with her lips using his thumb.
“What?” She asked though she thought she might already know.
“I want to fuck this pretty mouth of yours.” He said in a hoarse voice making her shoot a disapproving look at him. She started to shake her head, pushing his hand away from her lips.
“I’m not a fan of BJ’s” She looked back out the window. She has never liked the idea of blow jobs, having a man’s dick in her mouth was something she has never considered, she didn’t like it.
“You are not?” He asked calmly, curving his index finger and stroking her cheeks again.
“The light has turned green.” She informed him because she knew he wanted to convince her and she had made up her mind, she wasn’t going to suck on any man’s dick.
“There’s no one behind us,” he smirked also knowing what she had in mind saying that. Belle turned around and saw that he was right, there was no car behind them.”I could fuck you right here and right now, you know?”
He grinned after seeing her reaction to what he just said before starting to drive again. He thought she had an innocent mind.
