“Tsk! You already forget that fat boy with acne on his face who proposed to you during your high school?” He answered smirking.

His voice echoed in my mind and I came into deep thinking.

And I felt like I’m going to burst out from laughing. But I should control myself not to hurt his feelings again.

“Julius-” He stops me from talking.

“Wait- I’am not using that second name again! You can call me Mark.” He said trying to be cute.

“Okay Mark, I’am still not attracted to you. But you are my good friend and you know that!” I said.

And his facial expression is sad and will about to cry. He is still the soft-hearted fatty!

“Stop your act, Mark Julius Borromeo! Let’s talk seriously here. So, what happened? I thought that you inherited your family’s business. Why are you applying for a model?” I asked confused.

His family is a Billionaire that owns some beach resorts not just here in the Philippines but outside of the country too.

They also have some famous Malls that I wanted to propose someday to introduce Z Fashion’s collections and make my clothing stand there.

“I’m bored! I just want to enjoy a carefree life while I’m still young. Dad and Mom are always scolding me but I don’t want to listen. I’am their only child and heir. They should let me do whatever I like and give all that I need.” He explained.

And I felt sad upon hearing about his parents. He’s lucky that he still has them by his side. My parents died and I’m giving them problems and a headache. They didn’t even see and witness the new me.

“Don’t say that, You are lucky that you still have your parents by your side Julius. Go back and do whatever they said because one day you will regret that you didn’t even listen to them while they are still alive.” I said and tears fall from my eyes.

I couldn’t control my emotions! I miss my parent so much. I hope that they have already forgiven me.

“What do you mean? And why you are crying? Nalzen are you okay?” He asked with concern while patting my back.

“I’m okay, I just miss my parents. They are already dead.” I answered bitterly.

I can see the shocked expression that is written all over his face.

“They are both dead? I just can’t believe it! Last time I eat your Mom’s strawberry cake and now she is dead? I’m sorry to hear about your loss Nalzen.” He said sincerely.

“It’s okay and thank you. I just suddenly miss them when I heard what you’re doing! You should stop being bored Julius and be serious with your life!” I encourage him.

“Yeah, I can do that but for now. I like to be a model hehe. So, am I accepted?” He winks at me.

Let me think of it first. He is both handsome and got a beautiful body to be proud of. He got it all and there’s no reason for me not to accept him. Except for his bully behavior!

“Okay, you pass. But hopefully, you will stop bullying others and do good. You’re a grown-up man now and you are still acting like a baby!”I told him and he only laugh at me.

“Why are you laughing? Something funny?” I asked confused.

“Wow, the Famous Nalzen Villarreal has finally grown up!” He said while clapping.

But before I can answer someone interrupted our conversation.

“And what is the meaning of this?” Andrea suddenly open the door and she is angry!

“Excuse me? I’m supposed to ask you. What are you doing in here?” I asked annoyed.

“Huh, You are flirting with my boyfriend! I should have asked you. I already gave up Aaron and now you plan to hit with my boyfriend. You’re amazing Nalzen!” She answered angrily.

And now I’am confused! She is claiming to be Julius’ girlfriend? What is happening? Life will always surprise me!

“Julius, is this true?” I asked.

“Nope, I don’t even know her! You’re a funny woman.” Julius answered laughing.

“If that is so, please Andrea don’t cause trouble in here. I’am in the middle of an interview. You may go out!”I said calmly.

“Mark, Baby! What are you saying? You don’t know me?” Andrea shouted.

And she is causing trouble in here!

And I wanted to puke when I heard the word baby!

If this is true, Why did Julius choose her? She will not pass on the taste of his parents!

I’m sure he will only answer that he is bored!

“Stop it, It’s my interview and you are ruining it. Nalzen, can you call your guards and throw her away?”Julius is already angry and this time, he is not faking it.

“Why you’re doing this to me, baby? You are hurting me! You can’t throw me away. I’am the vice president of Aaron and representative!” She answered smirking.

“Who said I can’t? Even if you are the President, I don’t care!” Julius answered and pull Andrea’s hand.

“Wait, Julius! Calm down. I have something to say to her.” I said.

“Okay, I better leave then. Did I pass?” He asked.

“Yes, before you leave just to go to my secretary’s office for further instructions. Congratulations Julius!” I answered smiling.

“Wow! Thank you. Let’s talk some other time.” He said happily then walk outside the door without looking at Andrea.

She is still shocked and angry. Whatever their story is, I don’t care at all!

“Mark, wait for me!”Andrea shouted and run towards the door but I called her.

“Andrea we should talk about your job here,” I said seriously.

“That can wait, Mark won’t!” She answered angrily.

“Julius can wait but this news won’t!” I insist.

“Stop calling him Julius. He is Mark! I’m telling you, Don’t flirt with him, or else I will kill you!”She threatens me.

And I’m tired of people who will treat me like this!

“He’s all yours for all I care! You must listen now to what I’m going to say. From now on, you can’t easily walk in and out of my company without an appointment. You are no longer Aaron’s vice president! He already give us the memorandum announcing that you are being fired.”I said.

And she suddenly runs wild!

“No! Why are you doing this to me? You can’t just throw me away! I will not allow it!”She answered while slamming my table.

“You better go out before I call the guards or police and sue you for trespassing.” I’m warning her.

This time let me threaten her!

“Huh! You will never succeed Nalzen. I will ruin you. Remember that!” She said then stormed outside the door without looking back.

After all the life and death that I experienced. I’am not afraid anymore! People will always threaten and look down on me but I will never let them win.

I’am the famous Nalzen Villarreal and no one can hurt me again.
