"I like Shelly and wanted to check out her cafe." Ivy did not intend on sharing the conversation she had with Shelly, as she felt that she should leave it to fate to see if Hayden and Shelly would end up together. "Her cafe is quite ordinary and small. There's nothing much to see," Hayden said.

"You are being too blunt, Hayden." Ivy chuckled. "I'm sure Shelly's cafe will grow bigger."

Eliam walked in and placed the documents on Hayden's desk. "Mr. Tate, the information you requested is on your desk," he said, then added, "Someone is interested in pursuing Ms. Taylor." Hayden raised an eyebrow. "Which Ms. Taylor? Are you talking about Shelly?"

"Yes! Ms. Shelly Taylor is the only one you know with that last name, right?" Eliam replied. "I just met the head of the Administration Department. He mentioned that there's a guy in their department who comes from the same town as Shelly. They attended the same elementary and middle school. This guy is single, and his family is pressuring him into marriage, so he plans to pursue Ms. Taylor."

"He's going after Shelly just because his family is pressuring him?" Hayden retorted. "Does he plan on marrying someone just because his family says so?"

"Mr. Tate, that's what most people are like. Nowadays, everyone is busy with work and has little time for courtships. Many people get married after only meeting a few times. They get to know each other aftero marriage," Eliam replied.

"I haven't heard Shelly mention this," Hayden said.

They had dinner together yesterday, and she did not mention a word about it.
