Given Selah’s current prominence and the media’s keen interest in her, Lindsey’s unexpected visit to Vincent’s company was bound to attract attention.

Anticipating this, Lindsey had alerted Vincent in advance.

Lindsey rode the elevator up to Vincent’s Lounge.

I can’t bet everything on a new agent who got a promotion through an exception.

Let’s have a fair competition.

Lindsey maintained a composed expression as she spoke, “Miss Archer, are you saying… Someone who ultimately doesn’t secure the role must lack the necessary skills, right?”
